RITA ORA #1 Song in UK
Rita Ora came up to #1 spot in UK for her single I Will Never Let You Down. Its her fourth #1 song. Rita made her chart debut in February 2012 featuring on DJ Fresh’s Hot Right Now, which became the UK’s first drum ‘n’ bass track to reach Number 1. She topped the chart again in May of that year with R.I.P FT Tinie Tempah, and again in August 2012 with How We Do (Party).
“I’ve just found out I’m Number 1 with I Will Never Let You Down and it’s amazing!” Rita tells OfficialCharts.com. “It’s crazy that it’s the fourth one! I’m honored. As you can see, I have no words! I can’t believe it… I’m just so happy that my fans are so supportive because this is a special, personal song for me.”
I Will Never Let You Down was written and produced by Rita’s other half, Calvin Harris. It is the Scottish DJ and producer’s ninth UK Number 1 to date, and the news comes just two weeks since Calvin’s track, Summer, topped the Official Singles Chart.
