ID ON DAKOTA’S OUTFIT FOR TODAY SHOW JULY 2014
When Dakota and Jamie visited The Today Show in July 2014 one of the first things I noticed was her unique outfit. It was black with a cross over on the front. I recently found that one of my favorite sites The Fashion Police did identify exactly what she was wearing that day.

MY VERDICT: Dakota joined her costar Jamie Dornan this morning for a brief appearance on the “Today” show in New York City to premiere the trailer for their movie “Fifty Shades of Grey”, which is set to released in theaters on Valentine’s Day next year. While Jamie kept it stylishly casual, the 24-year-old actress wore a fancy, albeit relaxed, look from Isa Arfen.
Dakota selected the silk asymmetric crop top with bow detail and matching slim fit silk tapered trousers from the Fall/Winter 2014 collection by the London-based womenswear label. I thought this was a good choice due to the unique structure of the top; it allowed for her outfit to stand out despite the fact that she was sitting down.
Loose waves, soft makeup, gold bangles and rings from Jennifer Fisher, and black Saint Laurent heels completed the look.
